We made it to Myrtle Beach!!!!! The 4 hour drive turned into a 7 hour drive, but it was worth it! The ocean is beautiful!!! When we got here we went straight to the ocean! :) I taught my mom how to wave jump! :) Fun stuff…I think a sea turtle touched my back while I was in the water, I saw it from far away, then a few minutes later I felt something weird on my back..haha We went really far out into the water, almost over my head. Rebecca was super afraid of going in! She said she didn’t want to go into the deep end where the whales were. haha! Gabe wasn’t too interested in the ocean so he was in the pool most of the day! Our hotel has a lazy river! It’s kind of small but it’s super relaxing! Funny story...we were talking about the ocean on the way in, and my mom asked.."Ok Becca, what's this ocean called?" She said all confidently "MYRTLE!" haha..gotta love her
I can’t believe this is the last time I’ll get to spend with my family before I go to school! It seems like these last few weeks have flown! It’s just now sinking in that I won’t get to hang out with my family everyday…weird.
I found out today that I will have 5 roommates instead of the original 3 I thought I would have. I’m kind of looking forward to more roommates though, there will be more conversation and more personalities! :) It will be kind of like working at camp! :)
Tomorrow hopefully we will go go-cart riding! :) I’m pumped for that! Rebecca is the reigning champ, but I’m gonna take her tomorrow! :) Well, it’s been a long day! I’m off!!
