A Day of Goodbyes

Well today was a mix of emotions! The realization that we’re all leaving home to go to college is setting in. I had to say goodbye to one of my best friends today! Won’t see her again till Thanksgiving! This is crazy! Every day last year spent together, but now we have to spend 3 months apart! :( I feel kind of crazy jumping into a college where I know no one, but God has a plan for me. I know I can trust in that. Plus, there’s always skype!

The thing that’s the most scary is leaving my brother and sister! My sister is my best friend, and it’s going to be weird not to talk to her everyday (and argue with her sometimes :)) Gabe colored me a picture today and wrote on it “Have a good time in college! Love Gabe” He cracks me up. The other day I was talking about buying textbooks. Gabe asked me “What?? Why do you need textbooks in college?” haha..love him! 

I got my own computer today! :) :) A blue dell inspiron! :) Now I am definitely prepared to start college! The funny thing about goodbyes is, it’s never really goodbye, it’s see ya later! :) Can’t wait until thanksgiving day! We’ll all be together again!
